Someone once told me,
"if it's not written down,
it didn't happen".
In the days before video and
photography, that was particularly true.
Here, in South West Colorado,
the beauty and sheer magical environment we share with nature,
is what we have to share with visitors.
We help people document these vast
open spaces, it's history, and the unfolding story right in front of you,
as nature emerges, daily,
with unknown challenges
and changes in weather.
We want to help people understand how fragile and magical this region truly is and why it's important to continue the traditions of the local families here for generations,
promote our ranching heritage, our farmers, and experience the regions truly magical areas
without disturbing it or wildlife.

"Living in the saddle is a way of life for me".
Sharing this way of life is something Allan has done since his youth working on a dude ranch in Mancos and his family's ranch in Mancos.
Our cattle, rangeland and land management are intricate parts that we share to educate how everything works in tandem.
Ranching and farming, go hand in hand to raise cattle, and to raise our youth.
Here, I guess you could say that families continue the somewhat primitive way of life, as compared to city folk.
The hustle here is getting on your horse, gathering cattle or doctoring a calf or cow.
Our way of life is worth sharing and promoting, cause it's different.
